					<description><![CDATA[I so agree with not marginalizing anyone who is working on their recover. Where there&#039;s a plan there&#039;s hope. But what does the research show regarding long term effectiveness of MAT therapy? Is this working? And, what does &quot;working&quot; look like? Obviously, if MAT keeps someone alive it&#039;s incredibly important but when you lookup drugs like suboxone it sounds alot like giving beer to a vodka drinker and hoping that it doesn&#039;t trigger anything. Having been a gin drinker myself  I dont think this would not have worked for me. 

But I&#039;m all about &quot;life = hope&quot; so I absolutely wouldn&#039;t marginalize anyone taking this route.
