    Fantastic article! I know worry …it’s near the island of Denial!! Exercise, music and laughter…my drug of choice!

    Good stuff. Especially the idea of setting aside time to worry. I’m learning to walk through guilt and shame, experience pain, etc.. instead of trying to avoid it. My entire life I’ve sought to seek pleasure/avoid pain. I’ve tried ignoring my constant worry and self-centered fear and it simply hasn’t worked. Thanks for his post.
