Recovery is a personal investment and something people work for. Providing money and tools to pass along what we learn is the best use of funds. Funding engagement with recovery is the answer. I find plenty of people wanting to get on board and help promote the solution. Let’s give electronic residencies and scholoarships to those who participate in the SAMHSA regional models.
